Bar
Our Hotelbar is open from Monday to Sunday all day long from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm. Depending on the season our Bar is open until midnight.
You can find a big variety of Whiskys, a lot of different Gin's and Mixers, seasonal drinks and local beer.

Furthermore we have a drinks vending machine located on the 1st floor with different soft drinks and beer.

Bicycle Rental
You are very welcome to contact us if you want to rent one of our citybikes. The price is from just €12,- for the whole day. Furthermore the are now also e-mountain bikes available for you!

Breakfast:
Start your day with our varied breakfast buffet and enjoy the irresistible choice of regional delicacies.

Also for people who are not guests of the hotel, the Sternen Hotel is an address for a cozy and rich breakfast. Price per person: 22,- Euro. Please reserve at our reception.

Covid-19
Please keep distance to other people, wear a mask in public spaces and wash or sanitize your hands regularly to help reducing the spread of the corona-virus. With those easy measures you don't only protect others, but also especially  yourself.

Check-In
You can check-in from 3:00 p.m. onwards. If you arrive earlier you can store your luggage directly at the reception or ask our reception-staff if your room is free already.

Check-Out:
You can stay in your room until 11:00 a.m. If your departure is later that day you can leave your luggage at our reception. A late check-out is possible, depending on availability. Please contact our reception team if a late check-out is desired.

e-bikes
Directly at our reception you can rent e-mountain-bikes. For further information, availability and prices please contact our reception-team.

Gym
Our gym, located on the 1st floor, is open every day from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Children under the age of 14 are only allowed to train with the attendance of an adult.

Key-Card:
With your key-card you can open the main entrance, the underground parking and also enter your room. In case of loss please inform the reception team so that we can ensure the safety of our guests.
Please do not forget to leave your key-card at the reception when checking-out.

Minibar
As an environmentally oriented company, also certified with the Austrian Ecolabel ("österreichisches Umweltzeichen"), we do not provide a minibar in the rooms. For drinks we are at your disposal at the hotel bar, furthermore there is a vending machine on the 1st floor filled with cold drinks.

Parking
You can safely park your car in our underground parking, located on the second basement floor for a parking fee of only € 6,- per day. We also have a few parking spaces in front of our hotel wich are free of charge.

It's allowed to bring your pets after a request. There may be a cleaning fee. For further information please contact our reception

Public Transport
To easily start your trip you can find the bus station just around the corner, after a one minute walk you arrive at the station Wolfurt Rathaus-Cubus. From there, with the lines 13, 20, 21, 35 and 36 you can reach nearly every destination in the Rheintal region and the Bregenzerwald.

You can find the "Gasthaus Stern" in the same building, just on the right of the hotel entrance. ( https://www.stern-wolfurt.at )

Safe
Every room has its own safe where you can store your objects of value. It is located in the closet. Please follow the instructions on the sheet next to the safe.

Sauna
Our sauna is open daily from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm. You can find towels there.
 

Seminars and Events
We would be please to inform you at the reception about availabilities, equipment and the prices for our conference room and our meeting room.

Shopping
For your shopping desires we recommend the city-centers of Dornbirn and Bregenz wich are both easily reachable with the bus from the station right next to our hotel.
With more than 60 shops and restaurants the “Messepark Dornbirn” is the biggest shopping mall in our region.

We will gladly inform you at our reception about the directions to get there.

Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is only permitted on the balconies on the 1st floor and in front of the Hotel.

Underground Parking
Our guests can park their car in our hotel-own underground parking on the second basement floor.  The price per day is only € 6,-. 

Vouchers
You need a special gift for a family member or for a good friend? Think about a different present! At our reception you can buy vouchers for our excellent breakfast or a whole stay. There is also the possibility to buy a value coupon with the amount you desire.

Waste separation
Protect our environment and separate your waste. For this purpose, you will find separate waste containers for paper, plastic and scrap metal next to the vending machines. Glass bottles, batteries and similar items can be left at the reception desk. Thank you for your help!

Wi-Fi
There is free internet in the entire hotel. To connect yourself just select the network "Sternenhotel", sign in via Facebook, Google or E-Mail and you are good to go.
