The two architects took the famous Red Cross logo and used it to develop the building structure. Double-axis symmetrical functional zones form the shape of the cross, twisted storey-wise, red throughout in keeping with the colour of the cross. The shell of the building made from carefully staggered concrete prefabricated parts forms the grey-neutral contrast.
